Christy Douglas, LMT lives in Lenox, Iowa, and has been practicing massage since 1998.  She received her massage training from Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny, Iowa.  She also has previous experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant for 10 years.

Christy is married to Monty Douglas and they have 4 children.  They both grew up in Lenox.  Christy's hobbies include yoga, traveling, gardening, watching movies, and doing activities with her family.
